This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through www.wallsbyelo.com
(“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Order Processing Times
Orders for in-stock wallpaper typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Special Order / Made-to-Order collections may require additional processing time of 1–2 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
During high-volume periods (seasonal sales, new collection launches), processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Order weight and dimensions
Shipping destination
Carrier and service level selected
Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update.

5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
VAT / import taxes
Any additional border fees
These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate during checkout.
Walls by Elo is not responsible for:
Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Lost packages due to addresses entered incorrectly
If an order is returned as undeliverable, we can reship it once shipping fees are repaid.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
However, we will help you resolve any issues.
Damaged Upon Arrival
Email us within 3–5 days of delivery at hello@wallsbyelo.com with:
Order number
Photos of the damage
Photos of the shipping label and box
We’ll work with you on a resolution (replacement or refund depending on product availability).
Package Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
Please:
Check with neighbors / building office
Verify delivery location
Contact the carrier
Email us if still unresolved
We will investigate but cannot guarantee replacements for orders marked delivered by carriers.
